Train with
Eric Jeon

Current infielder for the Seattle Mariners, formerly of Stanford University and Columbia University. I mentor high school players through the same three decisions that got me here — the swing, the school, and the recruiting process that connects them.

Meet Your Mentor

I've made the decision twice. I can help you make it once.

My recruiting journey didn't end after high school. Like thousands of athletes, I went through the camps, showcases, tournaments, and conversations with coaches before earning my commitment to Columbia University. Two years later, I entered the transfer portal and experienced the recruiting process all over again before committing to Stanford University.

Going through recruiting twice gave me something no guidebook or social media account can teach: firsthand experience with what coaches are actually looking for and how different recruiting paths fit different players.

Whether your goal is an Ivy League education, a Power 4 baseball program, a high-academic Division III school, or simply the best opportunity to continue playing, every recruiting journey is different. I've seen how coaches evaluate players, how opportunities develop, and what it takes to position yourself for each type of program.

My goal isn't to push every player toward one school or one level — it's to help you find the right fit and build a plan that gives you the best chance of getting there.

Together, we'll build a recruiting strategy based on your goals, improve the areas that matter most to college coaches, develop a communication plan that gets noticed, and make sure you're academically prepared when opportunities come. I'll also go over material and training resources I've gotten directly from Columbia, Stanford, and the Seattle Mariners — the same information being used to develop players at each of those levels.

Because I work with only a small number of athletes and families at a time, every player receives personalized guidance from someone who's been through the recruiting process firsthand and understands what it takes to succeed at every step.

How Sessions Work

One mentor, the full path

Every family starts with a conversation about where the player actually is — then we build a plan across all three tools, not just the one that's easiest to coach.

The Format: Calls Weekly
First

Intro call

We talk through your player's current level, school situation, and recruiting timeline — no cost, no obligation.

Then

A plan across all three tools

We set priorities between physical development, academics, and recruiting based on your timeline, not a fixed curriculum.

Ongoing

One meeting per week

The program is billed monthly and includes one meeting per week, plus direct access by call or text for questions about a course, a camp, or a coach's text as they come up.

Off-Season Only

In-Person Coaching

I'll be doing in-person lessons for hitting and defense during the off-season. Spots are limited, so if you're interested, reach out directly through text or Instagram and we'll find a time that works.
